Rather than just dive right into designing something that looks great, our job is to design something that looks great and brings about success. We like to think about it as designing with intentionality.
In order for the design to be successful, we need to cast objectives. We do this by researching your business needs, the demographics, the emotional triggers of your audience, and more than anything, we listen. But not necessarily to the client’s personal wants, but more importantly their market — anticipating their customers’ needs and their business’s goals as a whole.
The more we study where your brand needs to be, the better we can devise a strategy to get you there.
CREATIVE
For us, this is where the rubber meets the road. From initial pencil sketches and to refined designs (and a lot of coffee and chatter in-between), we tap into our combined creativity and years of experience to craft a brand that is unique, memorable, and successful – and maybe win an award or two!
And when the dust settles, we have something that we stand behind and are proud of because every design decision had intentionality. We don’t just scrape together a bunch of ideas that we hope you are happy with. Your brand deserves better than that. We don’t just design a solid brand and crank it up like a wind-up toy and let it run around on its own. Remember, your success is our success. We have you and your business’s best interests in mind.
Your new brand needs management. Which means we want to build a lasting relationship with you — the client — to allow us to continually review and assist you in the care of your visual identity…across all platforms. From signage and interior space to print collateral, digital, and social. We want to be involved in as many customer touch-points as possible. It allows you to do what you do best, and us to do what we do best. Then everything is right in the universe.
But in order to monitor, maintain and propel your brand forward and evolve as necessary, we need to go back to strategizing about how to best do that. Which brings us back full-circle to the start again.
